Commissions TOS

TOS will apply to any commissions regardless on whether you read them or not.
I Will Draw: Monsters, Creatures, Animals, Furries, Antros, Humanoids, Fan-art, Suggestive art, Gore, Horror.
I will Not Draw: Humans, Overly complex designs, Mechas, Hateful Content, NSFW, Other Art Styles.
1. When commissioning from me, you will pay by Paypal in USD, 50% at the time of request and 50% once I have completed the commission. I will not give the artwork until payment is received. I will refund only if I cannot complete the request. I will never refund once the final picture is sent.

2. I have a deadline of 2 weeks, feel free to contact me if I do not give any updates by 2 weeks. If needed, I will contact you early to tell of any delays.

3. I will show the sketch (watermarked and cropped), and you can ask for up to 3 revisions.

4. You may not use my art for any commercial use, nor remove my signature. I will never remove my signature.

5. Never trace my art.

6. You pay for the services, not the property of the art. I own the Intellectual Property of any designs I create, and can use the created artwork as I please (portfolios, social media, ect.)

7. I reserve the right to deny any commission request, even if it is within my guidelines.

8. While I will draw OCs, I will need 2-3 references, depending on complexity.
